Registration
Thanks for your interest in this year’s tournament!
TEAMS
To register, please fill out the form below or download our registration form. All team registrations must be paid for by cash or check (made payable to “Wheeler Benefit Foundation”). Team member names are not required to reserve your team, once payment is received your slot will be saved (player shirt sizes will be needed by July 15th to guarantee availability on the day of the tournament). Regular team registration is $350 ($300 Early Bird Special for any teams registering on or before May 31st). Teams that register by July 31st are guaranteed souvenir t-shirts. Teams will still be accepted after that date until registration slots are full, however t-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants. Please be sure to indicate your shirt size on your registration form. Sizes not indicated on the form will default to whatever inventory is still available.
SINGLES
If you’re interested in playing but do not have a full team, we’d be happy to group you with other singles to form a full team. Please e-mail info@wheelerdodgeball.com with your request and we’ll gladly set it up for you.
